Yavnika Khanna, National Coordinator

Yavnika has been closely associated with Centre for Civil Society and Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit first as a participant, and then as a resource person for their programs. She has 3 years of marketing branding strategy experience with international agencies. She has represented India at numerous prestigious international forums across the world. She holds a degree in Business Studies from Delhi University and is currently pursuing an MBA from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management and Research (SIMSR) in Mumbai.

Shabi Hussain, Deputy National Coordinator

Shabi is currently working with Centre for Civil Society (CCS) as  PR & Youth Programs Associate. He holds a post-graduate diploma in PR & Advertising.  Shabi participated in I, Society and Public Policy, a seminar held annually by the CCS in 2006  and it was here that he got to learn more about public policies and the scope of liberal changes. As a mentor of youth group Friends of Freedom and as the in charge of youth programs at CCS, he works closely with students on different campuses in India.

Swati Chawla, Programs Coordinator

Swati has been working for the cause of liberty since her first association with the Centre for Civil Society (CCS) in 2004. She has been a regular resource person at CCS’ seminars and other programs. Besides LYF, she has founded and mentored youth groups all over the world including British Council: Beyond Borders and Global Forum’s Global Youth Parliament. Currently, she is a research scholar with the department of English at Delhi University.

Rajan Kumar Singh, Treasurer

Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai,he is the founder of Youth organization "Pratigya" in Jharkhand that works for the "Right to Quality School Education" for childr en. He worked as Jharkhand State Campaign Coordinator of School Choice Campaign for Centre for Civil Society.
